It’s gorgeous but unfortunately I have to exchange for a larger size. Be sure to read wrist measurement instructions thoroughly.

Although I measured my wrist before ordering the size, I have to exchange it for a larger one. There was no easy way to do an exchange, so I sent an email but have not heard back yet. I like the bracelet very much, but hope that I’ll be able to hear from the company.

I think it’s a 1/2 inch too the weight is lovely. tight, but she absolutely loves it so 5 stars. But yah maybe go a little looser than the instructions imply.

I mistakenly ordered a wrong size bracelet from SG Metal. I've been trying to get it exchanged for weeks now, but there seems to be only 1 person in customer service who responds only periodically to emails. I have had to continually followup myself. They make returns and exchanges as difficult as possible. I feel like I might need to file a claim with Better Business Bureau, which is of course, a huge inconvenience. I just wanted to buy a damn bracelet.

I have had mine for years, and I love to wear it. Even though it has been worn so long, it still looks new! It is very satisfying to wear - provides a nice feel on the wrist.
